基于高功率光纤激光器的清漆剥离实验研究

Study on the varnish stripping experiment based on the high power fiber laser

  • 摘要: 研制了高功率光纤调Q脉冲激光器,搭建了基于高功率光纤脉冲激光器的激光剥离实验系统,并将其应用于高铁车厢表面清漆层的激光剥离试验。高功率光纤脉冲激光器采用MOPA结构,通过主放大,实现了中心波长为1 064.52 nm,重复频率为100 kHz、脉冲宽度为138.4 ns、平均功率为101.4 W的脉冲激光输出,其中主放大光光转换效率达到80%。利用该激光器对高铁车厢表面清漆层进行了剥离,研究了能量密度和振镜扫描速度对清漆剥离效果的影响。获得了激光清漆剥离阈值为19 108 mJ/cm2,此时清漆层的剥离厚度约为22 m,损伤阈值为34 392 mJ/cm2。高功率全光纤脉冲激光器的剥离效率可达到1 m2/h。

     

    Abstract: The high-power Q-switched pulse fiber laser was constructed. The high power pulse fiber laser was amplified to 101.4 W with the MOPA structure, with the output central wavelength of 1 064.52 nm. The repetition frequency of the pulse was 100 kHz with pulse width of 138.4 ns. The optical to optical conversion efficiency of master amplifier was about 80%. The laser stripping experiment system based on the high-power fiber pulse laser was constructed and it was applied in stripping the surface varnish layer of high-speed rail carriage. The effects of energy density and galvanometer scanning speed on the stripping of varnish were studied. The stripping threshold of the varnish layer was 19 108 mJ/cm2, stripping thickness was about 22 m. The damaged threshould was 34 392 mJ/cm2, the stripping efficiency could be up to 1 m2/h.
