Portable handheld Raman spectrometer for the identification of new psychoactive substances

  • 摘要: 新精神活性物质滥用严重危害社会稳定和个人身心健康,因其兼具伪装性、迷惑性和时尚性的特点,给执法带来巨大的难度。为此,基于大数值孔径镜头(F/#=2.0)和透射式体相位光栅,研制了便携式手持拉曼光谱仪,对公安部新增的32种非药用类麻醉品和精神药品管制品进行了系统的拉曼测试,并建立了相应的数据库。该项研究工作的开展,将为缉毒执法提供有力的参考和依据。

     

    Abstract: The abuse of new psychoactive substances seriously endangers social stability and personal physical and mental health, and brings great difficulties to law enforcement due to its characteristics of camouflage, deceptiveness and fashion. Therefore, we developed a portable handheld Raman spectrometer based on a large numerical aperture lens (F/#=2.0) and transmissive volume phase grating. In addition, we conducted a systematic Raman spectrum test on 32 newly non-medicinal narcotic and psychotropic drug added by the ministry of public security, then established the corresponding Raman database. This research work will provide powerful reference and basis for anti-drug law enforcement.
