Abstract:
The high precison intelligent radiation calibration device of visible/near-infrared integratl sphere can achieve continuously adjustable output spectral radiance luminance, using DSP controlling the electrically adjustable exit size in front of the main light source by silicon photo detector for feedback. Designed and calculated by the theory of integrating sphere, Stopper screen was placed within the device in order to ensure the uniformity of the output spectral radiance luminance of the exit. Using precision scanning PR-655 luminance meter, it was measured that the spectral radiance luminance of the maximum output value was 23 061 cd/m2; In the range of 150 mm diameter, the non-uniformity is 1.04%; the stability is 0.8%. Experimental results show that the device meets the ground radiometric calibration needs for the visible/near-infrared optical remote sensing instrument, and it can realize intelligent programmable control to improve the calibration accuracy.
