小灵敏面X 光二极管性能研究

Performance of X-ray diode with a smaller cathode area

  • 摘要: X 光二极管(XRD)小型化有助于优化软X 光能谱仪,也可实现与其他X 光诊断设备的集成应用。完成了小灵敏面X 光二极管机构设计,储能电容更合理,体积更小。开展了微波仿真与模拟计算,在0耀20 GHz 的带宽范围内其反射很小,微波传输特性满足实验要求。另外,在短脉冲激光装置上开展了探测器性能研究实验。结果表明探测器时间分辨能力提升20%左右。小灵敏面X 光二极管研究有助于探测器在辐射流监测的方面获得更广泛的应用。

     

    Abstract: It will be helpful for soft X-ray Spectrometer that X-Ray diode (XRD) can be improved to be more compact. And it will be convenient that other X-ray diagnosis apparatus integrate the mini - XRD. A new XRD with smaller cathode was designed, which owned more reasonable capacitor for power storage and smaller size. Microwave performances of the output part were simulated. The results show that signal distortion and reflection is ignorable in the range of 0 -20 GHz and experiments requirements can be satisfied. And detector character test experiments were carried on the short pulse laser equipment. Data indicates that capability of temporal resolution was improved by 20%. Because of the study of detector with smaller cathode area, XRD will be more popular for estimating of X-ray flux.
