基于ANSYS的目标红外特性建模与仿真方法

Infrared target modeling and simulation based on ANSYS

  • 摘要: 目标红外仿真建模是实时红外场景仿真的关键部分。为了快速准确的建立目标红外仿真模型,提出一种结合CAD 技术和有限元热分析的目标红外特性通用仿真方法。首先对目标的红外特性进行理论分析。然后使用Solidworks 对目标进行几何建模;将目标模型导入ANSYS 进行有限元热分析;利用热分析获得目标的节点温度点云数据与节点拓扑结构,在仿真软件系统中重建目标的三维红外辐射场分布,并获得了目标的红外目标辐射特征结果。分析结果表明,仿真模型能够很好地逼近实测数据,有效地模拟仿真目标的红外辐射特征。

     

    Abstract: Target infrared simulation model is the key part of the real-time infrared scene simulation system. In order to convenient and reliable build the infrared simulation model, a general simulation method of target infrared characteristics combined with CAD and the finite element analysis was proposed. Firstly, theoretical analysis was researched for the infrared properties of the target. Then, the target geometric model was built by SolidWorks. The model was imported to ANSYS for finite element thermal analysis. After thermal analysis the node temperature cloud data and the node topology structure of target were calculated by FEA thermal analysis. The three-dimensional distribution of infrared radiation field of target was reconstructed in the simulation platform system, and the typical infrared radiation characteristics of target simulation results were obtained. Finally, compared with measured data, the analysis results show that the simulation model can be a good approximation to the real measured data, which shows the infrared radiation characteristics of target can be effective emulated.
