  • 摘要: 设计了一款大线视场离轴三反光学系统,系统焦距1 200 mm,相对孔径1:12,视场角301。设计中,第三反射镜应用了x-y多项式光学自由曲面提升系统设计自由度,为便于装调,保证关于子午面像质对称,对x-y多项式自由曲面表达式进行了修正。设计结果得出,该系统光学传递函数均优于0.45@50 lp/mm,工作视场内,系统最大波像差为0.056,平均波像差RMS值为0.036,最大畸变值为0.8%,像质相对于子午面完全对称。系统进行了合理的公差分配,蒙特卡罗分析结果显示,该光学系统最终可实现平均波像差优于/14的成像质量。该系统的设计对空间遥感器光学系统的设计具有一定的参考价值,适合作为大幅宽推扫成像系统。

     

    Abstract: An off-axis three-mirror system with large linear field of view was designed. The system is with a focal length of 1 200 mm, a F-number of 12, a linear field of view of 301. In the system, x-y polynomial freeform surface was applied as the tertiary mirror surface type to increase the system design degree of freedom, furthermore, in order to bring considerable convenience to alignment, and obtain an axial symmetrical imaging quality about the tangential plane, the x-y polynomial was modified. The design results show that system modulation transfer function value is above 0.45@50 lp/mm, wavefront error maximum value is 0.056(=0.632 8 m), RMS wavefront error value is 0.036, maximum distortion value is 0.8%, and the imaging quality is symmetrical about the tangential plane. The realizable tolerance values are allocated, and based on Monte Carlo analysis method the tolerance analysis results show that the system RMS wavefront error is less than /14. The off-axis three-mirror system has a certain reference value for remote sensor optical system design, and it is suitable for wide swath linear pushbroom imaging system.
