Abstract
In order to study the lightweight issues of the scanning mirror of the UV to near-infrared hyperspectral detector while the mirror was rotating, the topology optimization method based on the constrain of dynamic deformation was proposed. Simplifications were carried out to reduce the calculation complexity of the design constrains. With the topology optimization method, an optimal lightweight form of the scanning mirror was obtained on the condition of rotation. The result shows that the lightweight ratio of the optimized scanning mirror is 47.3%. For the optimized structure, the PV value is 19.36 nm and the RMS value is 5.65 nm, which are improved by 18.45% and 17.41% compared with the initial scanning mirror, respectively. At the same time, the first order frequency of the scanning mirror increases by 113.8 Hz. The results illustrate that the topology optimization method with the constrain of the dynamic deformation of the scanning mirror is reasonable and effective.
